DUI School

Level 1 & 2

Level 1 – 12 Hours

Level 2 – 21 Hours

As per Florida Statute (F.S 316.193) pertaining to DUI, any person arrested and/or convicted of driving under the influence, is required to attend a DUI educational program to satisfy the administrative requirements of the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle for license reinstatement. The primary goal of the DUI program is to reduce the number of repeat offenders on Florida Highways and Roadways.

The program consists of 12 or 21 hours of DUI education and a face-to-face interview with a Certified Evaluator. This interview is designed to screen individuals who would be at risk of reoffending due to substance (alcohol or drug) use and should be referred to a treatment provider for further evaluation.

    Disclaimer: DUI Level II Requirement

Please be advised that if you have been instructed to complete a DUI course, it is crucial to understand the requirements set by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FDHSMV).

Regardless of guidance suggesting that you only need to take a DUI Level I course, from a probation officer, attorney, or even court ordered by a Judge, the FLHSMV mandates that individuals who have already completed a DUI Level I class must attend a DUI Level II class if ordered again.

This requirement applies if you have ever had any of the following in your lifetime:

    1. Prior DUI, DWI, OUI, OWI, DWAI, BUI
    2. Prior Reckless driving arrest related to alcohol or drugs
    3. Prior license suspension for alcohol or refusal
    4. Prior attendance in a DUI program anywhere

If you knowingly register for a Level I class despite having a previous DUI or related offense, you may take the level I course at your own discretion.

However, please be aware that the FLHSMV will still require you to complete a Level II class to satisfy license requirements. You will be responsible for paying the full registration fee for the Level II class.

We urge you to ensure compliance with these requirements to avoid any complications with your licensing and paying multiple fees.

    All Fees are Nonrefundable.

There are NO refunds or credits given when enrollment into the incorrect Class Level has been made.

Re-Enrollment and FULL Payment is Required.
